Data Collected
We collect the following data depending on your interactions with our site:
- Contact / demo form: first name, last name, professional email, company name, job title, company size, industry, document volume and message.
- Browsing: IP address (anonymised), pages visited, visit duration, browser and operating system, via audience analytics tools.
- Communications: content of email exchanges if you contact us.

Retention Periods
- Prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
- Customers: duration of contract + 5 years for accounting obligations.
- Browsing data: 13 months maximum.
- Consent cookies: 6 months.
Data Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorised members of the Hiracle team. It may be passed to technical sub-processors (hosting provider, CRM tool, emailing tool) acting under our instructions and in accordance with our policy.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for prospecting purposes.
Our sub-processors are contractually required to comply with the GDPR and operate on infrastructure located within the European Union.
Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data in cases provided for by law.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest or for prospecting purposes.
- Restriction: restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time for processing based on consent.

Security
Hiracle implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, access logging, hosting on sovereign infrastructure in France.
